SHIMSKY -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Transportation AN ACT to amend chapter 329 of the laws of 2015 amending the vehicle and traffic law relating to the residential parking system in the village of Dobbs Ferry in the county of Westchester, in relation to making such provisions permanent The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 329 of the laws of 2015, amending the 2 vehicle and traffic law relating to the residential parking system in 3 the village of Dobbs Ferry in the county of Westchester, as amended by 4 section 1 of item PPP of subpart B of part XXX of chapter 58 of the laws 5 of 2020, is amended to read as follows: 6 § 3. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth day after it shall 7 have become a law [and shall expire on January 1, 2025 when upon such8date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed]. 9 § 2.
