Provides that any person who has been injured because of false advertising may bring an action to enjoin such practices and may seek to recover his or her actual damages or $500 instead of the present $50 limitation; authorizes the court increase the award of damages in willful cases, not to exceed three times the actual damages incurred up to $10,000; also authorizes the court award attorney's fees to the prevailing plaintiff.
