For Landlords

العربية | বাংলা | Español | اردو

Both landlords and tenants must complete a portion of the ERAP application to receive funds. ERAP funds go directly to the landlord/property manager.

When a tenant ERAP funds, a landlord will get a notification and will have to fill out additional documentation. A landlord can also initiate an application as well.

If you know anyone who is behind on rent, including your own tenant, please let them know about this program!
