“Ever since first being elected to the New York State Assembly, I have been committed to lowering taxes, reducing outmigration, improving public safety and expanding opportunities in education statewide. After hearing this year’s State of the State address, it is concerning that common-sense measures to fulfill these goals were tiptoed around or excluded from the speech entirely.
