AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to
expanding the TRIS-free children and babies act
The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:
1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 37-0703 of the environmental
2 conservation law, as added by chapter 259 of the laws of 2011, is
3 amended to read as follows:
4 2. "TRIS" shall include TCEP (TRIS (2-chloroethyl) phosphate) and
5 TDCPP (TRIS (1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate).
6 § 2. This act shall take effect December 1, 2015.
