diagnostic and treatment centers licensed under article twenty-eight of the
public health law and affiliated with the college of optometry of the state
university of New York, to recipients of medical assistance for the needy;
provides for annual reports by diagnostic and treatment centers providing
optometric services under these provisions to the governor and legislature
containing certain specified elements.
