Provides for the removal of employees of school districts and boards of
cooperative educational services upon certain felony convictions; provides that
if the conviction is for certain enumerated violent, sexual or drug related
offenses, the school district may dismiss the employee and, if such employee is
a teacher, dismiss or suspend and notify the commissioner of such suspension or
dismissal.
