Authorizes local and regional fatality review teams to investigate the death of any child under 18 whose care has been transferred to an authorized agency or who is the subject of a report of child abuse; requires all reports of such teams to be kept confidential; expands the composition of such teams to include the department of health, state and/or local law enforcement, and a pediatrician with expertise in child abuse or maltreatment; authorizes representatives from domestic violence agencies, child advocates attorneys, emergency medical services and family court to be on such teams.
