LEGISLATIVE ACTION

The Legislature reduces the Executive proposed spending by $130,000 and 
provides additional appropriations of $4,214,000 for local criminal justice 
initiatives.

Legislative Reductions

The Legislature denies the Executive's proposal to transfer three positions, 
totaling $130,000, from the Crime Victims Board to the Division of Criminal 
Justice Services.
