NYS Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb Speaks at Stand Up for Healthcare Event

New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C-Canandaigua) spoke to leaders from hospitals and nursing homes Wednesday during the Healthcare Association of New York State's Advocacy Day in Albany.

Leader Kolb highlighted the critical work and services provided by New York's health care institutions and discussed the importance of keeping costs down for providers. He addressed several issues facing the health care industry, including the adverse impacts of a minimum wage increase to $15/hour and the need to reject state-imposed staffing ratios.
