NYS Assembly Minority Leader Brian Kolb Encourages Crowd To Just Say "No" At NYSCOPBA Rally

New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I-Canandaigua) is pictured (speaking) at the New York State Correctional Officers & Police Benevolent Association, Inc. (NYSCOPBA) rally in West Capitol Park, Albany. The rally was organized to oppose the Governor's proposal to close four correctional facilities in 2014.

Leader Kolb stood alongside correctional officers who protect our communities, and encouraged the crowd to "Just Say 'No'" to the Governor's proposal.

Leader Kolb also said the Governor's 'college for criminals' program should be a non-starter. Taxpayer dollars should instead be used to retain jobs for the correctional officers tasked with guarding prisons.
