New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Leader Kolb provided an update on the 2013-2014 legislative session in Albany and outlined his public policy initiatives to stimulate economic growth and opportunity in the Finger Lakes region. As the former President of Refractron Technologies and co-founder of the North American Filter Corporation, Leader Kolb is the only legislative leader in state government who has started and run successful manufacturing companies.
