Save Money on Prescription Drugs:

Thanks to Assemblyman Fitzpatrick, the Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC) program is the leading program in the nation in helping seniors pay for prescription drugs.
If you’re a New York state resident 65 or older with an annual income of $35,000 or less if single and $50,000 or less for couples, and not receiving full Medicaid benefits, you’re eligible for EPIC.
Enrollees pay an annual fee or meet an annual deductible, then pay only a co-payment for each prescription. Nearly all prescription drugs are covered, both brand name and generic.
Assemblyman Fitzpatrick recommends using EPIC and Medicare Part D together so seniors pay the lowest co-payment possible and receive the prescription drugs they need.
