To make an appointment, call the District Office at 516-739-5119 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, starting October 10.

The appointments are first-come, first-served. Nassau County residents age 60 and over and their spouses are eligible to participate in this program.

There is no out-of-pocket expense to the resident. Pneumonia shots also are being offered.
