McLaughlin: Regeneron Expansion Shows Progress On Local Jobs
Legislative Statement by Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin (R,C-Melrose)
November 15, 2012
Regeneron Pharmaceutical’s plan to expand its East Greenbush facilities and add another 300 biotech jobs to our local economy is further proof that New York’s economy is finally moving in the right direction. By reducing taxes and eliminating wasteful spending, families in the Capital Region are seeing the kind of good-paying jobs they need popping up right here in our own backyard. During the upcoming legislative session, we must double-down on the pro-growth policies that have spurred this progress and keep the ball rolling to get New Yorkers back to work.
