Hawley: Genesee County Community Outreach Continues In February

Assemblyman Steve Hawley (R,I,C-Batavia) continues his Genesee County Community Outreach Program during the month of February by holding meetings at the Alabama Town Hall on February 15 and the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Genesee County on February 28.

To increase accessibility to constituents, Hawley has arranged for each Genesee County town to host the program once during 2007. A community liaison will be present at each location to discuss matters related to Western New York, state government, and Genesee County on behalf of the assemblyman.

“We face many challenges in this state,” said Hawley. “By working with Western New Yorkers, and sharing ideas about creating a better New York, we can overcome obstacles and achieve great things together.”

The Alabama Town Hall, located at 2218 Judge Road in Oakfield, will host the meeting from 1 to 3 pm on February 15. The Cornell Cooperative Extension at 430 East Main Street in Batavia will host the program from 12:30 to 2:30 pm on February 28.
