Relates to certain dancers under the age of eighteen years; prohibits any person from employing, using or exhibiting any person under eighteen years of age as a dancer or a performer in any facility open to the public wherein performers appear and dance or otherwise perform unclothed; further prohibits the entrance of any person age eighteen or younger in such facilities.
