POPULATION SERVED: Adults youth, migrant and seasonal farmworkers
SERVICES PROVIDED: Emergency and supportive services; training and employment services (objective assessment, ABE/GED/ESL, On-the-Job Training, work experience, job placement, job counseling, monitoring, training and academic assistance)
ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY: Rural Opportunities, Inc.
ELIGIBLE SERVICE PROVIDERS: Community-based organizations

AUTHORIZATION: Section 167 Workforce Investment Act (WIA)
