** Enrollment data represents an active case count that could potentially be provided services and the average number of participants during the year. The data for 2000 (2000-01) is for 10/99-9/00; the data for 2001 (2001-02) is for 10/00 - 9/01; the data for 2002 (2002-03) is for 10/01-9/02, consistent with federal fiscal year data collection. Much of the drop in number of cases served in 2002-03 is a result of the transition from TANF to safety net based on families reaching the 60 month limitation.
*** Outcome data based on the number of reported entries to employment during each federal fiscal year.
