SERVICES PROVIDED: Job search, counseling, wage subsidy, skills upgrading, pre-vocational skills training, literacy and English as a Second Language instruction, employability skills instruction and assessment

DESCRIPTION: The ACCESS System is designed to meet the education and training needs of adult learners, families, employers and the community. ACCESS collaborates and links with a variety of agencies, businesses and industries to deliver high quality, cost-effective and customized programs and service to enable clients to increase personal and economic self-sufficiency.
