POPULATION SERVED: Adults, in-school and out-of-school youth
SERVICES PROVIDED: Job search, counseling, pre-vocational skills training, literacy and English as a Second Language instruction, employability skills instruction, life skills instruction, transportation, mentoring, school-to-work transition, non-traditional employment activities for women, tutoring, assessment, and dropout prevention
ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY: State Education Department
ELIGIBLE SERVICE PROVIDERS: BOCES, SUNY and CUNY two-year institutions, community-based organizations, service delivery areas, public secondary schools, private colleges and universities, unions, proprietary schools
