The New York State Assembly mourns the passing of our colleague, Assemblyman Tom Kirwan. He was a tough fighter for the people of his district and he always put their interests first in everything he did. Tom had a passion for public service and represented the citizens of Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster counties with professionalism and zeal. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Kirwan family.
