New York State Assembly Minority Leader Brian M. Kolb (R,C,I,Ref-Canandaigua) (at podium) delivers remarks to a crowd of correction officers and law-enforcement professionals at the New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association's (NYSCOPBA) rally on Monday, May 1 outside the New York State Capitol. Leader Kolb, joined by Assembly and Senate colleagues, recognized the hard work the men and women of NYSCOPBA do every day to keep New York safe, despite dealing with highly dangerous work conditions. Leader Kolb thanked NYSCOPBA members for their service and committed continued support in Albany from the Assembly Minority Conference. NYSCOPBA represents approximately 20,000 correction officers and sergeants across New York State.
