Tedisco: Silver Has Failed To Put Out "AVAILS"
Echoes call for conference committee to be held this afternoon

"During today's six-way leaders' meeting, Sen. Bruno several times requested to convene a budget conference committee among legislative leaders, otherwise known as the 'mother ship,' to come to an agreement on available revenue in this year's budget. The fact is Speaker Silver and the Assembly Majority have not made public their avails as the Senate has done. I certainly am ready, willing and able to meet this afternoon, in public, and work as long as it takes to come to an agreement on this critical starting point. Once we know the parameters we're working within, then we can, in earnest, begin conference committees and publicly discuss, debate and negotiate our priorities within those parameters. Let's meet today."
